Assistant Manager, Manpower Policy and Planning

What you will be working on
As a policy officer, you will spend your time:
Analysing employment data and trends;
Researching labour market developments;
Conducting industry engagements to gather feedback and help support companies’ manpower needs;
Developing manpower policies with a data-driven approach;
Collaborating within and across public agencies to formulate policy and enable seamless execution of manpower initiatives.
What we are looking for
Keen interest in public policy formulation and implementation; Strong critical thinking skills; Strong writing and verbal communication skills; Experience in data analytics and visualisation tools; Strong interpersonal and networking skills; 2 – 3 years work experience in public policy or data analytics.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
