Position: Head of Sales, Adtech and Martech

Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven and seasoned Head of Sales to oversee our adtech and martech sales team. The perfect fit will know the digital advertising and marketing tech scene well, with a history of boosting sales and revenue. In this role, you'll craft sales plans, guide the team, and foster client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute sales plans that match the company's aims.
  • Guide and oversee the adtech and martech sales crew, helping them meet sales goals.
  • Spot new business chances and connect with potential clients, such as agencies and advertisers.
  • Keep current clients happy and grow those relationships.
  • Work with marketing to make effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry changes for new sales opportunities.
  • Study sales data to find ways to improve.
  • Share sales reports and forecasts with the top team.
  • Attend industry events to represent the company and meet potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of adtech and martech solutions, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms, and marketing automation
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
