The Sales Team at Taurus is committed to driving business growth by offering comprehensive digital asset tokenization and custody solutions. You will report to the regional head and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Proactively prospect and identify business opportunities to grow the business, develop a business plan, and a structured approach to grow the Company in the assigned area
- Know all relevant deals, RFPs, discussions that happen in assigned area
- Own the full sales process in the assigned area; engage with prospects list and qualify deals, source and co-ordinate RFI/RFPs with prospects and within the internal Taurus team, prepare, manage and follow up sales meetings and prospect interactions, and negotiate the closing of new client deals
- Manage the existing client base to ensure high satisfaction and renewal rates among existing customers (before full handover to customer success organisation)
- Internal coordination with Product teams and Customer success including sales handover, product gap feedback
- Propose new ideas, strategies, campaigns for sales success in the region
- Outreach; represent Taurus in third party events and conferences, contribute to marketing, PR and external communication and to build partnerships with institutions within the space, and monitor the competitor landscape
Profile
- 7 to 10 years working experience in sales within institutional financial technology sales and/or a high-growth fintech start-up is an advantage
- Experience in building a strong pipeline, and sales lifecycle.
- Maintaining Sales CRM with all UpToDate information and opportunities.
- Strong interest in proactive commercial engagement, building a business and developing technology in line with fast market development
- Interest and knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or financial market digitisation
- Fluent English & Mandarin is a must, fluency in another language is advantageous
- Strong experience and existing relationships with Financial institutions C-Level in the region
