Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for the luxury bag category.

  • Create and manage in-app and offline CRM campaigns to engage and retain customers.

  • Activate marketing campaigns on Shopify and perform general updates on the e-commerce store.

  • Create engaging social media content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target key customer segments and markets.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content that align with brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, lead generation, or CRM campaign management, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and mobile apps.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with Shopify, including campaign activation and e-commerce store updates.

  • Proficiency in creating engaging social media content.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer market.
