Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
Identify, engage and develop selected customers and non-customers as key accounts Discover opportunities to serve customers’ real estate needs across asset classes and countries Develop new group-wide capabilities and impactful initiatives to create value for customers and stakeholders Engage and support customers in and from China & Taiwan regionsDrive Investment Promotion
Acquire industry insights, identify key activities along specific industry value chains Co-create and support Country operations team in driving investment promotion for large scale projectsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Infocomm At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in food and urban agriculture industries Real Estate and regional experience will be added advantage Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen, ability to adapt and respond to changes in priorities Ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Team player and ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environmentOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
