Create and update billing database with monthly billing data Create and customize system report to meet customers’ requirements – put up detailed report format and liaise with the responsible IT team to configure the reports in system Resolve billing queries from NCS/Optus billing team, SGO, including Optus/SingTel intercompany billing reconciliations. Assist the Account or Commercial Team in driving compliance with contractual and commercial arrangements in the contract eg billing artefacts & reporting requirements. Learn and understand the Account Support Executive (“ASE”) role and the respective downstream roles to trouble shoot any customers’ order processing issue.

Skills for Success:

Nitec in Accounting, O level or above 1 year of experience in billing Proficient in Excel Analytical thinking and problem solving Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
