Hatch Asia has been appointed to help a global organization identify an APAC Sales Leader to drive sales growth and manage partner relationships within a dynamic team in the region. The organization specializes in data privacy and security that uses artificial intelligence to help organizations automatically classify and manage sensitive data.

The Challenges
  • Craft and implement strategic sales plans that not only meet but surpass sales targets, driving overall revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through innovative and effective sales strategies tailored to market demands.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Evaluate sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are seamlessly integrated with broader business objectives and market positioning.
What It Takes
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in sales, with a background in cybersecurity or data security, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Advanced degree or professional qualifications in a related field, with native or full professional proficiency in English.
  • Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with strong time management and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects in a dynamic setting.
