What you’ll do

Essential for the role

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics or Finance) 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with significant market access experience in in-market role. In-depth understanding of Singapore’s health environment: coverage and subsidy decision-making processes, pricing and contracting strategies, formulary management, health technology assessment processes, and payment policies Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and succeed in a highly matrixed environment Excellent communication skills, strong oral/written presentation skills. Display solid ethics and ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment
 

Desirable for the role

Master’s Degree Singapore market experience
