We are seeking a Corporate Access Consultant to become part of the team at Jefferies Corporate Access in Singapore. This individual will play a key role in organizing events targeted at investors. The position entails taking charge of the day-to-day coordination by working closely with research, sales, and trading teams. While initially a month-long contract, there is potential for extension or conversion depending on ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various events such as conferences, roadshows, tours, access days, and expert meetings.
  • Develop marketing materials for Corporate Access events targeted at Research Sales and Institutional Investors.
  • Maintain accurate client meeting logs.
  • Build relationships with corporate and investor clients.
  • Create and oversee event budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Corporate Access, event planning, or working in a sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Comfortable with changing demands and fast-paced environments, adept at managing ambiguity.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues for mutual support and effective coverage.
