Scope of Role:

Business Development

Primarily accountable for delivery of regional sales targets, you deliver the end-to-end sales cycle in your region in close collaboration with the CEO of Singapore and global sales team by:

  • Designing and maintaining an up-to-date sales plan demonstrating how you will achieve agreed targets for your book.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Zodia's products, target market and competition by conducting market research, analysing client behaviour and gathering data on competitors.
  • Developing sales tactics to generate leads and deliver an ongoing pipeline of desirable clients in line with Zodia’s global strategy.
  • Initiating and managing relationships with prospective and in-region clients, serving as a key point of contact from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Generating opportunities to represent Zodia at key client meetings and local events.
  • Determining pricing strategies based on local market knowledge.
  • Developing sales materials and tailored proposals in line with client requirements.
  • Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid and well thought through arguments.
  • Co-ordinating product demonstrations for clients during the sales cycle.
  • Delivering operational effectiveness in running in-region sales operation including knowledge management and pipeline discipline via hubspot.
  • Working collaboratively with sales colleagues globally to maximise commercial returns for Zodia as a whole.
  • Optimising sales processes to drive an efficient interplay between in-region resources and the central team.
  • Feed into collective company intelligence on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Customer onboarding

  • By leveraging in-region and global resources you help optimise the client onboarding journey.

Client success

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to on-boarded clients, offering strategic insights and best practices in the digital asset industry.
  • Making sure SLA Management controls are applied and constantly reviewed, primarily against risk and compliance frameworks to ensure full compliance to all policies and regulatory obligations.
  • By leveraging in-region and global resources, you ensure ongoing client success for smaller scale clients including helping identifying opportunities for growth.

Account growth

  • Developing a deep and ongoing understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver client satisfaction and account growth through additional opportunities for increasing AUC, implementation fees and other revenue sources.
