Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including high net worth individuals and active traders, to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve commission and volume targets.
  • Provide support for sales activities and participate in team brainstorming to explore new marketing activities and improve sales processes.
  • Execute daily sales administration activities, including responding to customer inquiries and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects, such as client outreach, platform training, and market research.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline.
  • Well-organized and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a keen desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication.

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and speak in public settings.
  • Certifications in CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5, and 6A.
  • Good knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis in the Equities/Futures/Forex market.
  • Candidates with experience in the financial services industry.
