What will I be doing?
As a Cluster Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Team Leadership:
Lead and guide two Cluster Assistant Marketing Communications Managers, providing ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to achieve marketing objectives effectively.
Brand Messaging:
Develop and implement customized brand messaging strategies highlighting the hotels’ distinctive offerings. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, including copywriting and visual identity, to authentically reflect the Conrad brand’s values.
Programming and Partnership Development:
Lead the development of programming and partnership initiatives for the hotels, crafting innovative programs and cultivating strategic partnerships to enhance guest experiences, drive engagement, and uphold the Conrad brand's positioning.
Marketing Planning & Budgeting:
Collaborate with Cluster Director of Marketing Communications to devise annual marketing communication plans for the hotels. Track performance, manage budget, and ensure resources align with objectives to maximize ROI.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
Develop messaging and collateral, incorporating seasonal moments and an always-on strategy. Collaborate with the PR team to drive awareness and engagement through integrated campaigns.
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital communication and campaign planning, covering digital banner ads, paid social media, SEO, and SEM. Collaborate with agencies to refine strategies, aiming to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
Social Media:
Oversee hotels’ social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and channel monitoring. Provide guidance and support to Assistant Cluster Marketing Communications Managers in their social media efforts and community management.
Photoshoot Direction:
Lead and direct photoshoots to visually represent the hotels’ brand identity, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Review final images to ensure they meet brand standards, enhancing brand visibility through compelling visual storytelling.
What are we looking for?
A Cluster Marketing Communications Manager serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
5+ years of successful integrated marketing experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury goods. Proficient in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, email marketing, and website management. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively. Collaborative mindset, able to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Tech-literate with design abilities and proficiency in relevant software. Strong leadership skills, able to provide direction and coaching. Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
