What you’ll do

The Change Manager - Finance Projects roleleads and drives the change management activities in relation Finance Transformation projects by developing a change plan executing against the change plan for the finance project deployment and monitoring progress/intervening as needed.

The role is key member and will work and collaborate within the Marketing Finance Project team, Marketing IM and Global IM, the Group Beyond Finance Project, Global Shared Services team to incorporate the change plan and required business activities into the overall deployment plan to deliver the Finance project on time and to a high quality that meets the business objectives.

This role will be a key business partner and require stakeholder engagement and management from senior leaders to individual contributors across the Marketing Business, Production Business and Group Functions to ensure that the change is deployed and sustainable post deployment.

Performance & Delivery

Key Change Management activities:

Partner with the Project team to develop a change management plan in line with the objectives, success factors and benefits of the finance transformation project. Undertaking and complete detailed Change Impact and management Assessments for individual projects - to understand the change and impact on people, processes, and technology. Create actionable deliverables for the identified change management delivery areas: planning, change impacts, communication, colleague readiness, training support, user role mapping. Localisation, ownership, and execution of the change management plan, while partnering with local leaders (across departments and/or geographies) and coach leaders involved in change initiatives which will include communications training, people levers, senior stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation. Identify risks, resolve issues and manage risks and report at regular intervals back to the central project team. Identify and manage anticipated resistance by incorporate a plan to manage and engaged with leaders to overcome the resistance. Develop and lead the training efforts. Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Consult and coach project teams and coordinate efforts with other change specialist. Development measurement of success and monitor change progress. Stakeholder management - The role will lead stakeholder relationship with the project team, Group business teams, production business team, marketing business team, other functional teams, that support Marketing activities including senior leaders, to engage for Support and team commitment and engagement in delivering the change. Apply a structured methodology and execute change management activities and ensure this is full incorporated within the Project deployment timeline. Qualifications:

Degree in Business

Specific Knowledge requirements:

Undergraduate degree in business-related subject. Minimum of 5 years SAP / ERP change management experience required Change Management qualification or related qualification required Proficient in MS Office including MS Project or Smartsheet. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. Familiar with collaborative and innovative ways of working such as Agile. Some travel may be required
