What you will be working on

This role involves leading and facilitating the transition of technology-related changes within the organization to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures. The individual will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and also be responsible for integrating service design principles into change processes to facilitate seamless transitions, mitigate resistance to change, and drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and service delivery.

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in change management or a related field, with a strong track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
  • Tertiary qualification preferably in change management, organization development, or communications. Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, impactful messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to conduct thorough Change Impact Analyses.
  • Experience in supporting the design and delivery of training programs related to change initiatives.
  • A deep commitment to public service and alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Previous experience in the public sector or a complex, regulated environment is preferred.

Candidates without the required qualification but possessing relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract.
