Human Resource Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will support and manage the implementation of various HR initiatives, and programmes to support the business which include recruitment and retention, staff engagement, learning and development, employee relations/welfare and HR shared services and work closely with the HR Business Partner on HR matters, including implementing HR strategies and initiatives and the end-to-end recruitment process, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee HR functions for Singapore including HR Shared Services
- Work closely with HR Business Partner to implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programmes are implemented effectively within the division
- Review and align the company’s HR policies and guidelines in accordance with HR related legislation and employment laws
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to internal stakeholders
- Manage and execute the performance appraisal process
- Develop and manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, employee benefits packages, and incentive programs
- Responsible for Payroll processing including CPF & statutory claims submission, including monthly payroll report
- Organise and support employee engagement and welfare activities
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
