HR Business Partner

Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, ensuring a positive workplace environment and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve workplace issues.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for employee relations matters.
Talent Management:
- Help with developing and implementing talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Performance Management:
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management on HR-related key performance indicators.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to proactively address compliance issues.
Customer relationship management
- you will play a role for efficiently matching qualified employees with suitable positions. You will understand the needs of the customers and suggest solutions and implace talents
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and organisational development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
