About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and office administration for their Singapore headquarters. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in shaping culture, driving engagement, and supporting business objectives during a period of organizational transformation.
You will lead day-to-day HR functions — from recruitment and payroll to policy review and employee engagement — while also managing general administrative activities and providing occasional executive support. The ideal candidate is hands-on, independent, and enjoys creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Review and implement HR policies in line with statutory and business requirements
- Partner with management to plan manpower and compensation structures
- Oversee payroll administration (vendor-managed, with future transition in-house)
- Administer staff insurance, leave, and employee benefits
- Support workplace safety and office administration matters
- Coordinate company events, team bonding, and HR initiatives to boost engagement
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management when required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to both operational and strategic HR
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Experience using HRIS systems (e.g. InfoTech) preferred
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage across all levels
- Positive, proactive, and people-first mindset
