An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our company. You will manage and be responsible for the development, quality and timely delivery of projects. You are adept at managing teams, providing strong leadership and steering members towards meeting critical project delivery milestones. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for each project phase of requirement validation, technical design, development, testing, launch and maintenance.
- Plan, manage and be accountable for implementation timeline, from inception to delivery and launch.
- Provide status update related to technical delivery
- Partner with Program and/or Project Manager managers, Business analysts and system analysts to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements and delivers high quality services to our clients.
- Provide input to functional design and architecture, track and resolve escalated technical issues during build and test phases.
- Monitor progress, highlight issues encountered, flag potential roadblocks early, mitigate risks and manage issues appropriately.
- Stay on top of delivery efficiency and unblock any impediments for the technical delivery for the team
- Manage resource utilisation and project costs to ensure profitability, ensure that financial impact is considered at each stage and adhere to financial guidelines
- Initiate and implement best practices and processes to drive innovation, improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and reconcile the dependencies among them.
- Ensure that deliverables are to agreed configuration, methodology and quality standards.
- Responsible for project documentation, including but not limited to technical and system requirements.
- Function effectively as the single-point interface between delivery team and internal/external stakeholders, interface with client and manage expectations -Coach, motivate and drive the delivery team with technical leadership and vision.
**Prerequisites**
- Minimum 8+ years software industry experience.
- Must have experience in the banking domain.
- Strong in-depth understanding of and experience in full SDLC and Agile standards and policies, solution architecture and design.
- Experience and knowledge of the latest Java tech stack like Springboot, Microservices,etc.
- Substantial expertise in full stack development technologies, tools, design solutioning and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable and cross-browser code across large sites.
- Extensive background in developing and delivering complex projects with clear delivery management objectives throughout the lifecycle.
- Project planning, progress monitoring and milestone control skills.
- Possess strong experience in mobilising a delivery team, scoping and planning activities, transitions from workstream into delivery, and following through the full product lifecycle
- Strong leadership and client management skills with good organisational ability.
- Highly effective communication ability to lead and facilitate discussions across all tiers, including functions like architecture, technical specialists, business analysis, team leaders, client management
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $5,628.95 - $11,552.18 per month
