We are seeking a visionary **Area Manager** to oversee the operations of multiple centers in Singapore, delivering top-quality programs designed to inspire physical, social, and cognitive development in children.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**: Manage daily operations across multiple centers, ensuring seamless program delivery and high-quality customer service.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of educators and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
- **Customer Relations**: Cultivate strong relationships with families by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally and empathetically.
- **Sales Management**: Develop and implement enrollment strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance participation.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure all centers are safe, clean, and well-equipped for children and staff.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Optimize staff schedules and class coverage to maintain operational efficiency.
- **Financial Accountability**: Monitor budgets, manage resources, and control expenses to achieve financial objectives.
- **Community Engagement**: Support marketing initiatives, organize events, and build brand presence to attract new participants and deepen community ties.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all legal and safety guidelines for smooth operations.

**What You Bring**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations management role, ideally in education, kids' fitness, or enrichment settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A passion for working in a children-focused environment is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement.

**Working Hours**
- **6-day work week**, including Saturdays **and**Sundays:

- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
- Day off as scheduled by management
