Singapore KERJA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Schedule**:Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a half-day on Saturday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm). Off on public holidays, no overtime required.

**Location**:Aljunied

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and make phone calls politely and accurately.
- Keep track of follow-up calls efficiently.
- Work with other departments to locate guests.
- Quickly respond to guest questions and requests, using their names if possible.
- Report guest complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
- Stay updated on local phone numbers and commonly dialed numbers.
- Daily reporting in the logbook.

**Requirements**:Basic computer skills.
