We are looking for a motivated leader with demonstrated experience to drive the expansion in Singapore’s B2B and B2C space.

**Account Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the development of a B2B and B2C strategy with a robust execution plan taking into account digital media, online and offline customer personas
- Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure efficient and effective execution that is aligned with our strategy
- Service, develop and manage various accounts and enhancing decision making with data
- Achieve KPIs such as total revenue, unit profit, customer credit, overdues, distribution efficiency/effectiveness, market share while keeping to the opex budget
- Manage overall sales growth and monitor performance of overall portfolio delivery
- Lead, coach and mentor sales executives to achieve company growth ambitions
- Develop professional relationships with B2B clients to identify opportunities and respond to challenges in a timely manner
- To develop, and take ownership of key account operational issues and propose solutions within a mutually acceptable timeline
- Undertake regular field visits/steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure/monitor stocks level and displays, brand visual identity and other relevant data to improve on customer experience to drive sales
- To develop relationships at the store/outlet level, keep abreast of, and provide feedback on competitive developments and gauge consumer purchase patterns
- To be involved and contribute in various projects contributing to the growth of the company

**Requirements**:
- Driven individual who demonstrates a history of delivering results individually and leading a team
- Diploma / Degree in any business-related disciplines
- 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry
- Successful track record with B2B accounts
- Demonstrate a track record of acumen and decision-making using facts and data leading to sales results delivery
- Good analytical and organizational skills including using CRM system and data to plan and execute sales strategy
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Minimal need for guidance; able to work under pressure and problem
- solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
