At HoYoverse, we are committed to creating immersive virtual world experiences for players around the world. In addition to game products such as Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and Honkai: Star Rail, HoYoverse also launched the dynamic desktop software N0va Desktop, the community product HoYoLAB, and created a variety of products such as animations, comics, music, novels, and merchandise around our original creative concept.

What you will do:

- Build a vision for HoYoverse's unique employer brand, and help shape its strategy globally in terms of voice, tone, creative and art direction, working closely with stakeholders in Singapore and North America including Recruitment and Marketing
- Plan and create external promotional topics based on HoYoverse's mission and values, our unique brand promotion needs and produce promotional copy, including working with contractors and external creative agencies where necessary
- Continuously plan and create new content for online and offline platforms, such as employee reflections, articles, posts, multi-channel moments, internal communication, while effectively managing all of our online branding channels
- Maintain and further develop our positive employer brand image via all current channels, (online, social media, print media, events etc); take care to understand local and regional needs
- With your team, manage benchmarking and analytics for projects related to your initiatives including working with our recruitment team to measure the impact of our work. Help identify new tools, metrics and processes to track our progress
- Host events, meetups and work with professional communities

What you will need:

- 5+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing (ideally a mix of in-house and agency), communications, branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Outstanding writing and creative skills, capable of handling various writing styles; love telling unique stories
- A dynamic personality with a creative and youthful mindset, up-to-trend awareness, and a broad perspective; ability to extract what is special about HoYoverse and amplify
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communicator, with an ability to convey information in a clear and courteous manner appropriate for the audience
- Experience in managing social media and analyzing performance, especially on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube; can plan and manage multi-channel beat campaigns
- Experience in managing career pages and implementing brand strategies
- Passionate about sourcing and telling stories that will inspire and engage our future employees
- Solution-oriented and results driven

You Will Stand Out If You:

- Are an experienced gamer and anime enthusiast, or on the pulse of tech and entertainment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams
- Have experience working with external partners and budgeting skills
- Have substantial knowledge in Adobe CC, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; experience with Figma, Miro and other collaboration tools
