You understand what it takes to help organizations dial up on their X factor to become people magnets. Our employer brand associate is a versatile, curious individual with a passion for growing and building authentic and powerful employer brands, reflecting our reputation as the leading Talent Acquisition Advisory and Recruitment Marketing agency across APJ. Your role will consist of working with clients and assisting other consultants with project management, as well as managing projects individually.

**Your day is likely to be filled with curiosity and wonder as you**:
❖ Assist clients in developing content strategies and storytelling to drive their EB content engine across social media and other channels.

❖ Assist with various project-related market research tasks such as designing survey questionnaires, running focus groups, conducting interviews, performing desk research, etc.

❖ Work with clients and other consultants to compile and analyze data and insights.

❖ Deliver data-driven insights to clients and manage client expectations and stakeholders.

You will report to the Managing Partner of Recruitment Marketing who is based in Singapore

**Requirements**:
❖ Tertiary qualifications with 1-3 years of experience in Market Research/Brand Strategy/HR/Marketing Strategy.

❖ Previous employers may include MNCs, local companies, market research companies, agencies, or consulting firms.

❖ Knowledge and experience of qualitative and quantitative market research methods and analysis.

❖ Strong power-point skills and communication skills (verbal and written).

❖ Time management is probably your middle name

❖ You are an enthusiastic and passionate team player that can be effective within a small lean team environment.

❖ Fluency in both written and spoken English, and other ASEAN languages / Mandarin is a big plus.
