**You'll make a difference by**:

- **Creating Engaging Content**: Creating and assisting in the development of social media posts, blog articles, and other content that showcases our employer brand.
- **Supporting Social Media Efforts**: Helping to schedule and monitor content across our employer branding social media channels.
- **Conducting Market Research**: Helping to gather information and analyze trends in employer branding and competitor activities.
- **Maintaining Brand Materials**: Assisting in organizing and updating our library of employer branding assets.
- **Collaborating with Teams**: Working with HR, marketing, and communications colleagues on employer branding projects.

**Your defining qualities**:

- **Pursuing Excellence**: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Human Resource Management, Business Studies or related field.
- **Genuine Interest**: A strong passion for employer branding and talent acquisition.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- **Creativity and Initiative**: A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute creative ideas.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Familiarity with various social media platforms and their trends.
