You'll be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that showcase our culture and opportunities, providing future hires with an authentic glimpse into our organization. Beyond content creation, you'll gain valuable experience in the operational side of HR, assisting with the maintenance of talent management systems, providing administrative support to the team, and helping to organize and execute various talent development programs and events.
Responsibilities:
[Employer Branding]- Plan and create content to showcase Employer Branding for both internal and external events.- Research, repurpose and copywrite articles, social media posts, for the purposes of Employer Branding- Conduct interviews with stakeholders for feature articles- Design collaterals for employee recruitment and branding events- Perform event photography to capture speakers, guests, employees, and moments for branding purposes
[Talent Management]- Help maintain and update talent management systems- Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team- Assist in organising and executing Talent Management initiatives and events
Requirements
- Able to commit for 3 - 6 months
- Internship period: From Jan 2026
- From a reputable tertiary institution (preferably students who major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.)
- Basic to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- A good portfolio of past projects in design and copywriting
