**You’ll make a difference in**:

- **Talent Acquisition**: Driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing job postings.
- **Content Creation**: Developing engaging content, including social media posts and blog articles, to showcase our employer brand.
- **Brand Management**: Supporting our employer branding social media efforts and assisting in organizing and updating brand materials.
- **Market Research**: Conducting research to analyze trends and competitor activities in the employer branding space.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with HR, marketing, and communications teams on various projects.

**Your defining qualities**:

- **Educational Background**: Pursuing or holding a relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Passion & Proactivity**:A strong passion for talent acquisition and employer branding with a proactive mindset to contribute creative ideas.
- **Communication & Digital Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with familiarity with various social media platforms and their trends.
- **Organizational Skills**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Team Player**: The ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
