We are seeking a SENIOR RECRUITER to lead our internal recruitment efforts and drive hiring excellence across multiple regions. This role requires a strategic, globally minded recruitment professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will work closely with business leaders and the Global People and Talent team to design and deliver scalable hiring strategies that support our international expansion and evolving workforce needs. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the internal recruitment team to deliver high-quality hires across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, and North America). Partner with the Global Head of People and Talent to evaluate hiring requests and ensure alignment with global people planning frameworks and mobility strategies. Design and refine recruitment strategies to scale hiring across international markets with differing legal, cultural, and operational landscapes. Oversee job description creation and reviews, ensuring clarity, global consistency, and compliance with regional employment regulations. Collaborate with hiring managers across time zones to define hiring strategies, manage job ads, and execute targeted searches using market-specific sourcing channels. Own the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless candidate experience across all regions. Monitor recruitment KPIs (eg. time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction and pipeline strength). Deliver regular reports to leadership on hiring performance, talent insights, and global market trends. Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on international talent availability and compensation benchmarks. Partner with the People & Talent team to ensure consistency, scalability, and best practice alignment across regions. Build and maintain international talent pipelines for key and emerging roles, proactively engaging senior-level candidates. Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our global employer brand, adapting content and messaging for diverse markets. Establish and maintain a global recruitment playbook, embedding process excellence, compliance standards, and data-driven metrics. Requirements At least 8 years of recruitment experience in an international environment Demonstrated ability to design and execute global hiring strategies in a multi-cultural, fast-scaling organization. Strong understanding of cross-border employment regulations, regional market nuances and international policies. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in recruitment analytics, reporting, and ATS tools. Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
