We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter located in Singapore to join our Africa, Middle East & APAC recruitment team.

Role Overview:
As our Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business regions located in Africa, Middle East and APAC. This position involves close partnership with the Head of HR and senior leaders right across the organisation, embodying a strategic approach to recruitment, partnerships and planning. Bringing strong stakeholder management experience, you’ll be adept at challenging norms and delving into the intricacies of recruitment.
What you'll do:
In this role your responsibilities extend beyond traditional recruitment. Here’s how:
- Expert Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally, demonstrating the ability to challenge effectively and offer solutions and insights to deliver best in class service.- Clear Communication: Articulate your message and strategy. You’ll need to be able to present recruitment strategies, headcount data, and systems guidance to stakeholders in a coherent and straightforward manner, driving systems and process adoption and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside senior management to develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans, for often complex or confidential searches, understand and manage workforce plans that align with our company's long-term objectives.- Talent Sourcing & Insights: Advocate and utilise pro-active sourcing of talent both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with strategic staffing needs. Providing detailed and timely talent intelligence and market insights to bring the talent landscape to life for the hiring community.- Enhanced Vendor Partnerships: Further develop relationships with agency partners globally, working with the Recruitment Lead to refine the PSL and ensure coverage for all business functions.- Team Development: Support and mentor a dedicated recruiter, fostering their professional growth. Bring your experience and knowledge to the wider recruitment team where required, as the senior, lead recruiter within the function.- Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to various continuous improvement projects across the team, driving excellence, optimisation and outstanding service in all aspects of recruitment.
