TEKsystems is an Allegis Group company. As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include: Being an expert in the technology domain to help people reach their career goals. Aligning your candidates' career aspirations with our clients' hiring needs by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. ·Building relationships with people in the market through face-to-face, phone, and video meetings. Proactively introducing candidates to clients to uncover new opportunities for them. ·Staying up to date on recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space. Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive, and friendly culture. Identify and act on opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, drive efficiency, and deliver better results for the team. What we are looking for: 1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing—ideally within the technology space Proven track record in sourcing, client management, and successfully closing roles across various levels Strong consultative skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and hiring decisions Passion for business development and building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach Interest in mentoring others and contribute to the growth of junior team members and overall team development Comfortable operating independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
