About the role Kingfisher Executive Search is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Bugis, Central Region, you will play a crucial part in driving our client's talent acquisition strategy and sourcing top-tier candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. What You’ll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , from client briefing and job scoping to offer negotiation and successful placement. Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment and talent matters. Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent strategies. Manage multiple roles and pipelines efficiently to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs. Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and uphold service excellence. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency or consulting environment. Proven success in filling roles across different functions and seniority levels. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates. Commercially minded with the ability to understand client needs and provide value-added recruitment solutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using recruitment platforms, CRMs, ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn). Possession of a valid CEI certification (Basic or Advanced)is mandatory .
