**Job Description: Key Account Director**
**Responsibilities**:
- Play an integral role in new business opportunities pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Focus on developing and maintain clients relationship.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer engagement, proposal presentation, etc.
- Work on account management plans and identify key areas for sales improvement.
- Drive business and marketing plans for all current and future opportunities.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) between customer and internal departments.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve their best results.
- Attend industry networking events, conferences to generate new business leads.
- Provide weekly/monthly report on sales performance and activities.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Key Account Sales Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
- Experiences in at least one of the following industries Hospitality, ISP, Telco, TV operator and e-commerce.
- Strong account management and customer relationship building skills.
- Proven track records of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Fluent speaking, listening and writing in English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
