**Job Overview**
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our Key Account Director to manage and expand our business in strategic MNC accounts. This individual will be required to maintain and deepen strategic relationship with clients to ensure client value and business outcomes. The role will be an individual contributor with the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with in-country sales teams, and partner with management to execute business strategies to expand Ensign’s business coverage, drive client retention and achieve overall revenue targets. The individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of our international business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong network and good grasp of technology sales relating to managed services and system integration with a preference for cybersecurity. Consulting experience will be a plus. The individual should have a strong passion for achieving client outcomes, building relationships, and be able to execute on revenue targets effectively.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
To fulfill this role will:
- Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including cybersecurity and IT executives, business users, and security engineering and operations teams.
- Be responsible for planning and executing strategic account plans for Key Accounts to deepen client engagement and perform sales/business activities in the assigned account.
- Expand coverage within target accounts to gather information such as account dynamics, cybersecurity pain points and opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and close cybersecurity product/services deals individually and as a team.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams on solutioning; provide client inputs for internal teams to generate and enhance service offerings based on clients need.
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, conduct client presentations and oversee the smooth execution of bid and successful delivery of engagements.
- Excel in achieving sales targets, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Leverage Ensign platform (e.g. marketing, thought leadership, events, Business Unit campaigns) to generate leads to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Operate as the lead commercial contact point for clients on all matters related to the business and as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
- Own accurate and predictable forecasting of pipeline and revenue (through Salesforce) to maintain favorable business health.
- Kept abreast on the industry and competitors’ trend to develop a unique value proposition of our service offerings.
- Achieve a positive brand experience and image for the company.
**Requirements**:
- Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience (with 2 years spent in system integration or similar role).
- Proactive, disciplined sales individual with high level of integrity.
- Proven hunting track record in generating pipeline and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of sales process and managing complex deals will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen entrepreneurial mind set. Ability to work individually in the assigned country with remote support.
- Strong presentation, negotiation skills and project management abilities.
- Possess a strong understanding and network in the assigned segments/accounts.
- Demonstrate strong relationships with customer decision makers and key management levels.
- Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.
**Preferred Skills /Qualities**
- Highly social team player who enjoys working with and collaborating across functional groups.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, System Integration or Consulting related business will be an advantage.
- Ability to articulate technology/cybersecurity related products and services and articulate value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Ability to handle and manage fast-pace, high volume of work, produce associated deliverables within short deadlines, work within a complex governance structure and remote work management.
- Self-driven, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen can-do mindset.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving ability and a believer in disrupting one-self to continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa for Indonesia based role). Other language skills will be a plus.
