
Sales Executive

Responsible for driving the Business Development Strategy, planning and executing the strategy not only to enhance the organisation's current portfolio but also explores new business opportunities to meet the organisational growth plans. In the course of your work, you will be required to collaborate with the regional team to identify regional market opportunities that could in turn enhance local positions to develop new businesses and work closely with the Head of Business Development to drive and foster a culture of accountability, performance, excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
Specifically, you will
- Formulate demand creation strategies and new product service offerings, sharpen new channel utilisation and lead new business initiatives to improve revenue streams and meet market demands
- Foster strategic business partner relationships to further the Group’s business objectives
- Lead new business opportunity initiatives based on business network feedback and economic landscape
- Drive product and/or product offerings research initiatives to understand and predict future impacts on product offerings and production
- Lead new business ventures and strategize on business ventures approaches and market entries
- Direct approach to drive cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling of new business ventures
- Ensure accurate sales and business-related reports are submitted timely to the Regional Office personnel
- Project sales and expenses and together with the Head of Business Development, direct the preparation of annual business and operation budget in alignment with the Group’s financial targets and operation plan.
- Track actual revenue and expenses against the budget, highlight deviations and direct follow up actions to ensure staying on course.
- Drive and oversee corporate governance ensuring that control measures are effectively observed while pursuing business growth.
- Provide oversight and direct the improvement of business processes and work procedures to raise productivity and efficiency
- Lead and drive implementation of customer relationships management and process improvement projects, jointly with the Regional Office.
- Drive the identification and implementation of new technologies to enhance business outcome, improve customer service, business processes and work procedures to raise productivity and efficiency
**Requirements**:
You should possess a Degree in Bio-medical Engineering, Business or Science in related fields, have a minimum 5 years of in business development and sales experience in the medical science and device industry.
To succeed in this role, you should be strategic, possess an enterprising and growth mindset, be result-driven and demonstrate the tenacity and drive to succeed. As you will be required to work with Head of Business Development as well as Clients in the medical sector, therefore you must possess strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
