**Job description**:
We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive the marketing and sales activities of the Company. In this position, you will be involved in developing the marketing plans, launching marketing campaigns, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer relations, and converting them into paid users or customers.

The products are IT professional and managed services, hardware and software, and SaaS with emphasis on SMEs and the healthcare industry. The Company not only resell 3rd party products and services, but also develops its own so as to provide an end-to-end solution to the customers. The initial focus is on the Singapore market, but is very likely to expand into the neighboring countries in the near future.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

- able to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented with strong closing skills.
- believe in and motivated by the values that the products and services bring i.e. comfortable to articulate the value propositions of these products and services.
- a team player to work with the product development team to design and develop products that are useful and sellable to the targeted customers.
- an extrovert and a good communicator who listens and likes to communicate and build a relationship with the customers.
- familiar with the behavior and needs of the different categories of customers e.g. Gen X, Gen Z, Millennials, etc.
- familiar with the various social media platforms, marketing tools and strategies, and sales partnerships.
- strong time management skills and assigning priorities.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities.
- To grow the business by developing and executing marketing plans to deliver sales target.
- Creation and development of marketing strategies to optimize digital reach.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Carry out and manage sales and marketing activities to new or existing customers.
- Develop and nurture a good and healthy business relationship with customers.
- Present, showcase and demonstrate new products to customers.
- Running and overseeing of campaigns, marketing events and roadshows for product showcase (if any).
- Regular sales performance updates and analysis for reporting to the management.
- Continually propose improvement plan for the company in an effort to increase market competitiveness, revenue and awareness.
- Coordinate with the Development team to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted services rendered to all customers.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales target.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Work with content creators both locally and overseas to help meet marketing strategy.

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years and above in Sales / Marketing capacity.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Able to speak Bahasa is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales record with client relationship management experience would be advantageous.
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT is a plus.

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
