Job Description: Catering Sales Executive
Position Overview:
The Catering Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by promoting and selling catering services for events such as corporate meetings, weddings, banquets, and social gatherings. This role involves client relationship management, proposal preparation, event coordination, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
- Identify and pursue new catering business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Meet with clients to understand their event needs and budget, offering customized solutions.
- Prepare and present catering proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Follow up with clients to confirm bookings and secure deposits.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, operations, service staff) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure satisfaction and adjust plans as needed.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, bookings, and customer communications using CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure all events are in compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations.
Market Research & Promotion
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, community events, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and advertising strategies for catering services.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients or events simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
