**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for scheduling the launch of SEA orders on various advertising platforms, setting up the delivery schedule, optimizing the campaigns, preparing delivery reports, and confirming settlement details.
- Assist in sales support for SEA orders, coordinate with sales teams and agency clients to understand their advertising needs, provide support in addressing client inquiries, and synchronize with sales promotion to secure advertising budgets.
- Monitor campaign progress and effectiveness, collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues, promptly respond to challenges, and propose effective solutions to efficiently utilize agency clients' advertising budgets.
Assist sales in tracking and completing internal processes including order management, contract management, and invoice processing, while ensuring timely follow-up and feedback on client payment status.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication, analytical, and planning skills.
- Prior knowledge and experience in the video industry is preferred.
- Basic data processing and analysis skills, with an ability to innovate by combining industry trends and real-time technology.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, requiring collaboration and communication with different teams.
Language proficiency: Chinese and English.

**岗位职责:**
- 负责SEA订单的各投放平台上线安排,制定客户订单投放排期、上线上刊,优化投放,出具投放报告和确认结算内容。
- 负责SEA订单的销售支持,协助销售与代理客户沟通投放购买需求,协助销售与内部团队、外部团队对客户咨询予以解答,并同步与销售促进代理客户下单获得预算。
- 监控投放执行进度和效果,配合内外部处理解决订单问题,快速反应并提出有效的解决方案,最大化消耗代理客户的订单预算。
协助销售追踪并完成内部相关流程,包含订单流程、合同流程和发票流程等,及时督促销售追踪和反馈客户回款情况。
**任职要求:**
- 具备较强的组织协调,沟通,统筹,分析,总结规划能力;
- 对视频行业有一定的了解,拥有视频行业相关工作经验者优先
- 具有基础的数据处理和分析能力,能够结合行业和实时科技进行创新;
- 需各团队的配合与协作沟通,能适应较快的工作节奏。
- 本科及以上学历,广告运营、媒介、销售运营相关工作岗位优先;
工作语言:中英文。
