This role will oversee commercial performance in Australia, Japan, and key markets including Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Myanmar, Philippines, and Sri Lanka. The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in building and managing relationships within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector—identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and aligning regional sales strategies with global objectives. This is a remote position based in Singapore, requiring a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution across diverse markets. Responsibilities Lead sales growth and strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on the EMS sector Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with key customers and partners Develop and manage relationships with existing accounts to drive retention and expansion Partner with regional leadership to align sales efforts with financial, operational, and production goals Oversee regional sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across APAC Ensure alignment of sales operations and targets across multiple international markets Qualifications Currently living in Singapore (required)Proven track record in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) sales across APAC markets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10–15 years of regional sales and business development experience, ideally within electronics manufacturing or related industries Strong understanding of global supply chains, manufacturing operations, and regional regulations Demonstrated success managing multi-country sales strategies and P&L responsibilities Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience leading multicultural teams and collaborating across international environments Interested?Record your video introduction - tell us about your experience and why you’re excited about this role.
