You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint, supporting the team through training and knowledge sharing, and driving collaboration across internal teams to close strategic deals. Overview Job Title: Regional Sales Manager — Achieve Group Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets and develop strategies to win new customers. Drive regional sales activities from proposal to implementation, ensuring client requirements are effectively addressed. Provide support to the sales team through coaching, product knowledge, and sharing of successful closed cases. Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and close business deals. Prepare sales and business reports for management. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and customers in the region. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation. Requirements A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally with a focus on enterprise client acquisition and
