As a Regional Partner Development Manager Telco & Hoster, we are looking for you to bring your tenacious work ethic, your enthusiasm, optimism, and your passion to foster profound growth and change within our channel partner ecosystem. You will leverage your challenger mindset, deep technology industry knowledge, market insights, expert understanding of the competitive landscape, executive presence and best in class interpersonal abilities to empower your regional and area teams to grow our robust ecosystem of world class channel partners.
As a Regional Partner Development Manager for Telco & Hoster, you will lead scalable GTM motions that Accelerate growth of MS Cloud Subscribers, Revenue, Usage & Market Share with Telco partners & empower Hosters to transform their business models to cloud.
You will deliver and drive the regional Telco & Hoster industry partner sales strategy, you will sponsor regional executive connections, drive business performance through partners, and maximize partner investments at regional level. You will work with area and core teams to drive sales execution with a priority focus on small, medium, corporate and enterprise customers.
You will have a deep understanding of partner and Microsoft priorities to build mutually beneficial plans. You will also enable delivery of go-to-market campaigns, offers, programs, and channel capacity, capability and growth. You will have strategic and business performance responsibility for the region and coordinate with the areas for local sales, strategy and execution.

**Responsibilities**:
- ** Telco and **Hoster** Industry **Partner portfolio leadership**, **strategy** and optimization** You will establish and drive regional Telco & Hoster plans, long-term partner strategies and expand current partnerships to create a balanced high-performance portfolio, grow business, and anticipate or fill market opportunities. Must build deep relationships with the key Microsoft stakeholders, sales units and Telco partner stakeholders.
- **Partner **Business Performance and **Sales Leadership **With a performance mindset, you will act as sales manager for the Telco & Hoster business in the region and coach implementation of sales processes, following Microsoft internal sales methodology and tools. In close collaboration with other segments counterparts, you will maintain a rhythm of business to ensure sales execution with partners. You will coach teams through resolving blockers to accelerate performance.

Market Insight and Business Opportunity** You will lead and challenge your team to identify high-level opportunities to pursue with partners and area teams, incorporating your industry expertise, market insights and depth knowledge of the competitive landscape ensuring your teams position Microsoft as the industry leader.

Upstream and downstream alignment** You will engage with global and regional teams to develop plans with strong value propositions to our partners and their end customers, scalable and sustainable Go-to-Market approaches, as well as clear business priorities and execution capability development.

Executive Relationship Building** You will be the executive sponsor for top partners and spend more than 50% of your time externally, with partners and customers.

Career Development** You will be focused on the development of your team, leveraging resources to help employees grow skillsets, encourage mentorship, and support their career interests. You will be an expert at workforce development, and succession planning, identifying growth opportunities, building development plans with direct reports, and conducting development discussions
**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
- **OR** equivalent experience.
- AND 2+ years people management experience.
**Additional / Preferred Qualifications**
- ** Master's Degree **in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field **AND** 10+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
- **OR** **equivalent experience.
- ** 5+ years **previous** experience in **Telco **Industry**:
- 5+ years people management experience.
- ** Strategic Business Planning** - Create strategic business objectives and partnership plans, coordinate partner prioritization and growth, ability to set clear goals/timeline
