Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Program Management: Manage and optimize partner programs to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth across APAC. Understand and manage Partner’s program specific to Discounts, Rebates, Incentives and Marketing Development Fund.
- Partner Performance: Monitor, analyze, and enhance partner performance to align with business objectives and ensure mutual success.
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Country Field Marketing Team to execute marketing strategies and generate leads that benefit partners and drive sales.
- Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively sell and position our products and services.
- Training & Certifications: Design and oversee partner training programs, ensuring partners are well-equipped with certifications and the knowledge required to deliver value.
- Internal Team Alignment: Develop Partner Capability including Competency and differentiated Solution development. These goals and KPIs are shared and interlocked with all teams internally.
**Votre profil**:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, channel management, or a partnership role within a vendor in the IT industry.
- Proven experience managing partnerships across APAC (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, India, and ANZ).
- Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and business strategies. Ability to analyze partner performance and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Chinese-speaking capability is required to engage effectively with partners in key markets.
- Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools is a plus.
