As a Sales Manager at Prosegur Change, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, motivating teams, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Running the day-to-day management of a cluster of branches.
- Optimizing, sustaining, and enhancing sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Creating and maintaining a sales-focused environment encouraging staff to work towards branch, company, and individual targets.
- Reviewing and recommending procedural updates to highlight areas for improvement in staff performance and operational security.
- Plan, forecast, and report on business performance.
- Adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Providing exemplary levels of service in all areas.
- Always maintaining a courteous and professional approach to customers and colleagues.
- Promoting a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager in the financial services industry, preferably in foreign exchange or retail, with at least 1 years’ experience as a Duty Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the financial services sector.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Working Hours**:

- 37.5 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

**Eligibility**:

- Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
