As a spa consultant, you are required to liaise with other team members and therapists to provide good customer service, maintain excellent customer relationships, and drive sales of products and packages.

**Company Overview**

Elements Wellness was founded 22 years ago, when good therapeutic treatments for face and body were hard to find. One of our co-founders, then an Olympic swimmer, hit upon the idea of providing professional massages backed by the same rigorous research and sports science afforded to Olympic athletes. Over the years, we’ve refined our techniques and expanded our service offerings to include body massage, facials, weight management, nutrition and detox/diet programs, chiropractic and TCM inspired therapies. We started off with just 4 rooms and have since expanded to nearly 90 rooms and 4 outlets

**Job responsibilities**:

- Build customer relations. Consult with customers on massage & beauty treatment packages
- Actively promote and upsell spa services, packages and products to achieve sales targets
- Administrative and operation duties to support daily operations
- Work closely with therapists and front desk colleagues to optimise appointments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to ad hoc other duties

**Requirements**:

- Sales consultant background preferred. Experience in beauty industry will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in both English and mandarin
- CIDESCO/CIBTEC/ITEC or other relevant Beauty/Wellness certifications would be a plus
- Responsible & positive attitude
- Energetic, self-motivated & independent
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
- Work well in a team

**Benefits**:

- Expected monthly income: Gross Salary SGD 3,500 - SGD 6,000
