**Responsibilities**:

- Support in business development: Participate in business development work, such as pushing forward partnerships, potential demand discovery, client database management, etc. Support Industry Cooperation and Consulting Director in ensuring the consulting work is integrated with and complimentary to overall organizational development.
- Project scoping and proposal development: Assist in developing company's industry consulting business, e.g., conducting preliminary research, writing proposals, developing project plans, etc.
- Project implementation and delivery: Participate in project execution, including project compliance and contract management, monitor project progress, research, and external communication/expert interviews, etc. Be responsible for project deliverables, including report preparation, report drafting, workshop preparation, etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, professional background in healthcare sector, including medicine, public health or other related fields is preferred;
- Work experience: More than 2 years of work experience, good at interpersonal communication. Consulting or business development related work experience is preferred;
- Other skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Language ability: Fluent oral and written levels in Chinese and English.
- Basic requirements: Responsible and punctual, willing to take on new challenges, ability to multiple-task.
