**Focus, Scope, & Impact**:
- Recommend and execute the innovation priorities and calendar for global/regional brands within the Sparkling Flavours category in the ASEAN and South Pacific region.
- Design the innovation strategy and pipeline for local /regional brands, in close partnership with category marketing teams and R&D
- Proactively adopt big, scalable global ideas, done in a way that still meets local/regional needs. Opportunities that are identified locally will be big and meaningful, and you’ll investigate how to scale this regionally/globally beyond the local market.
- Maximize the opportunity for formula harmonization and implement it in the market.
- Accountable for identifying critical issues, trends and opportunities in the OU to influence global pipeline, feed pipeline for local brands and to support the development of critical capabilities in the business.
- Lead research projects and insight development based on both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and synthesize the learnings into strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Strong and influential communication through clear, concise and powerful storytelling.
**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**
**Experience**
- ** 8-10 years of experience** including Category Marketing leadership, Innovation strategy & execution and High-Complex project management (from design to business case to implementation)
- Experience working in **cross**-functional and cross-geographical teams**:
- Experience working with marketing **in the field is preferred**

- Ability to **drive innovation agenda forward influencing through art** (consumer/shopper insights, needs) **and science** (business cases, efficiencies,)
- Passion, curious and ability **to be external-focused and bring freshness from outside**.
- Ability to **lead very complex projects** (multi-functional, multi-country,) **and influence critical external stakeholders** (bottlers leadership, JVs, KKAA)
**Communication Focus**
- The role communicates internally across regional marketing leadership and the global category teams
- Works hand in hand with R&D and cross-functional leaders/teams (including Key Bottlers, local frontline marketing, human insights, commercial, franchise, finance and supply chain)
