We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Marketing for our Sparkling Flavours category, on a permanent basis.

**What**You’ll** Do for Us**
- Develop short
- (1 year) and mid-term (2-3 years) business/brand plans identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. in order to support the OU category and brand growth targets. You will then use your strong collaboration and inclusivity to lead and motivate your project teams to execute and deliver targets.
- Lead entire projects or a specific component/s of a larger global/regional project.
- Lead NPD projects from end to end (concept development to commercialization)
- Develop programs, secure and effectively manage required DME budget in order to execute brand plan. Work with global teams, agencies and local country teams to ensure the scaling and implementation of global/regional direction into local execution, whilst still identifying local insights to drive local relevance.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 5-7 years of brand management/marketing experience.
- Innovation experience a plus (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf)
- Project and budget management experience
