We are recruiting a Marketing Manager to lead our trademark Coca-Cola brand, on a permanent basis.

As a Marketing Manager for the Breaks Platform, focusing on breaks as a ritual and drinking occasion, as Marketing Manager you’ll work to help develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for Coca-Cola - to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives and financial targets, with a focus on youth recruitment and activating youth passion points, in more than 25 countries within ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP).

You will be reporting to the Coca-ColaMarketing Director for ASP, and working with the other Coca-Cola Marketing Managers for the Operating Unit, as well with the global network of Marketing Managers to develop common platforms, together.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Co-develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for Coca-Cola TM Breaks Platform in ASP to deliver against overall brand vision, business objectives and financial targets.
- Work to ensure clear alignment on the Brand Architecture, Positioning and global growth strategies
- Partner with Cluster Frontline Directors and Managers to ensure consistent and excellent execution of programs across the markets
- Provide leadership, clear direction and prioritization to the Creative Strategy leads and Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) teams to achieve the business goals. Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers to direct their work activities in order to generate concepts for effective execution
- Identify new volume and profit growth areas across the commercial spectrum. Assess attractive local consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the Company by leveraging consumer research, collaborating with functional experts and strong analytics in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas
- Partner with internal (R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Zones) and external (e.g. customers, bottlers, suppliers) stakeholders to develop new and/or improved packaging and programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive System value/business objectives
- Drive commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/ messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions
- Lead potential Global Charters, working closely with the entire Coca-Cola network globally

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum 8+ years of brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience ideal. Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to provide input on portfolio strategy for a category, including local nuance on global brands and regional / local brand outlook
- Ability to lead integrated brand strategy (positioning, innovation, occasions, and general competitive opportunities) and brand creative strategy (creative ideas and execution)
- Deep consumer understanding, with a grounding in insights and analytics
- Business / commercial acumen, including financial proficiency, ability to recommend on resource needs/allocation
- Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams
