Our client is well-known in the Industry as the pioneers and leaders in Shipping Vessel business with offices across the world and over 10,000 strong headcount staff.

We are heling them in the search for an HR Business Partner to handle the Singapore Office - the role will focus on HR Operations, Services, Staff and Staholder Management as well as rolling out new project initiatives set forth by the Group.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- The role will be an HR Generalist across (but not limited to) Benefits and Contract Management, Payroll, Work Passes, Staff Reporting, Government Claims / Subsidises, Project roll-out (eg: HRIS, Salary / Company Policies).
- Act as a key point of contact from stakeholders for all HR matters.
- Manage employee data storage, archive and audit to ensure data integrity and compliance for local legislation needs.
- Support implementation and communication of key HR initiatives and projects.
- Flexibility to take on any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Director.

**Position Requirements**:

- Atleast Diploma / Degree in HR or related discipline with at least 4 years of experience in the HR field - but not necessarily covering all facets in Human Resources.
- Compensation & Benefits and Staff Management experience is a must.
- Comfortable to work both as an individual contributor and as a team player.
- Ability to communicate, engage and work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ambitious and can accommodate other work hours as may be necessary for meetings with the Global HR Office.
- Well versed in the Singapore Employment Act and all other local labour legislation.
