An organisation in the financial services sector is looking for a HR Business Partner in Singapore, up to SGD10,000/month.

**Your new company**
A growing market leader with a large global team of over 10,000 employees worldwide is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to provide support to senior management and employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after HR strategic works, business partnering, succession planning as well as talent management. You would be responsible for driving and championing regional HR functions/initiatives within the organisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Strong HR business partnering experiences
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and line managers in a fast pace environment
- Able to be fluid in providing HR advisory support to stakeholders
- Actively spearhead and participate in global and regional initiatives and projects
