Overview Consultant - HR Executive Search - Commerce & Industry (SEA)Compensation : Base Salary up to SGD 100,000/annum + Bonus Frazer Jones is partnering with one of Singapore’s most renowned healthcare institutions to appoint an HR Business Partner for their team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will drive strategic HR initiatives that align with the organisation’s mission and business goals; provide expert guidance on people matters and collaborate with business leaders to shape and execute HR strategies that support growth. Work cross-functionally with Talent Management, Learning & Organisation Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Shared Services to enhance HR policies, benefits, and processes; lead operational efficiency reviews, support annual HR cycles, and drive strategic projects. Serve as a key escalation point for complex employee matters, offering guidance on performance management, employment relations, and HR systems; lead and mentor HR Associates to ensure consistent HR delivery and compliance with local regulations. Ideal Profile Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field; at least 6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering. IHRP-CP certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and deliver impactful people initiatives.
