Growing organisation in the financial services sector is looking for a HR Business Partner, up to SGD6,500/month.

**Your new company**

A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to provide support to senior management and employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner looking after end-to-end employee life cycle, learning & development needs, succession planning as well as talent management. You will also be providing support to drive HR efficacy changes across the APAC region. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting HR regional projects that the company initiates.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need to have business partnering experience, is comfortable working with stakeholders and line managers and is also familiar with the back-end of HR operations. You will ideally have the characteristic of being adaptable and flexible, as you will be involved in employee relation and cultural improvement programs.
